Functional Self Defense System

 

The Functional Self Defense System is a practical method of self defense based on natural body movement and our innate responses to dangerous circumstances.
 
Based on the ancient fighting system of Mixed Martial Arts we have evolved into a modern fighting system designed primarily for fitness and practical self-defense. Integrating Modern Mixed Martial Arts technics with Functional Fitness Training, i have created a unique and hybrid system called Functional Self Defence. It takes away the adverse training practices of Mixed Martial Arts and incorporates only the Fitness methods that work with scientific Functional Fitness methods. 
 

My goal is to provide you with the most comprehensive and realistic Functional Self Defense on a emergency situation. There is no magic in self defense or martial arts. There are no secret or ultimate techniques. In Functional Self Defense requires not only techniques, but also Functional Fitness Training methods and strategies.

 

Krav Maga It is Israel’s national martial art, developed largely by Imi Lichtenfeld, and dedicated to no-holds-barred incapacitation for the purpose of street survival.

It incorporates Boxing punches, Kick Boxing kicks and knees, Aikido, Brazilian Vale-Tudo ground fighting, Jiu-jitsu throws and grappling, and most importantly, “Bursting” adapted from Wing Chun. This is a simultaneous defense/attack: instead of blocking an attack and then delivering a response, you block the attack and deliver a response at the same time, block with the left arm and push forward with the legs, striking with the right fist to the throat, all simultaneously.

 

Also are attacks to vulnerable body parts: the eyes, throat, and groin. Attackers can expect testicular ruptures. Emphasis is also placed on disarming attackers with both knives and handguns, and turning these weapons on the attacker. It also exclusively trains hand-eye coordination, until defense becomes second nature and does not require thought. I can teach all of this to anyone.

Dynamic Self Defence Program, this Program specializes in Realistic Training for the street where multiple opponents and opponents with weapons are a common reality. The tactics and techniques are centered around this reality with “layered stress” during training and instinctual reflex reaction in unscripted Self Defence situations being the goals. Defence Daily Weapons

 

The Defence Daily Weapons program will enable you with the understanding that you ar never unarmed. Any and all of the objects that you carry or use on a daily basis can be turned into a fighting advantage with the proper training.

Ground Fight

 

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu was designed to give you effective self defense skill during real encounters. It was designed to teach you how to use body mechanics and leverage to allow you to survive and win against a larger and stronger opponent. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu does this by teaching you strategic body positioning and intelligent alignment of the bone structure of your body and not by the use of strength.
