It's based on the client training 4 times per week, and diet guide is also provided, with every pack tailored for each client. Amazing fast results are always seen.

Long Term Training Packages

 

These are for clients who are serious about getting fit and staying fit. Fitness is not just a quick fix, it’s for life and for clients who are serious we have some great long term packs and sessions can go down to as little as £30 per session. You do not need to be a member of a gym as our trainers can come straight to you anywhere in Oxford, all you have to do is be ready.

 

 

Three month personal training package: £1080


Four month personal training package: £1440


Five month personal training package: £1800


Six month personal training package: £2160

 

 

Once signed up to Yeafitness Training you must keep to our rules to get results.

 

. Each session is 60 mins

. Minimum 24hr cancellation with out charge

. Payment must be received before session number 1 starts

. Money back if results are not seen applies to all our clients but only if the client makes every session and doesn't cancel and keeps to 2 - 4 sessions each week

. All packages have a 4 month expiry date unless otherwise stated

. If a refund is asked for a £50 admin charge will be taken.
